Love my new rugs ????????????

Excellent service and quality of mats

Bought two of these mats for the front and back doors and they are brilliant. Clean up really well both through hoovering and machine washable. The one at the back door was filthy but a quick hoover and spin in the washing machine at 30 and it looks as good as new. Great that it’s made from recycled materials and delivery was quick. Great value!

Very pleased with this lovely rug. It arrived well wrapped and on time. I was initially dubious about buying a light coloured rug but it appears to shrug off wet footprints easily. Will definitely be buying another one.

First class customer service. My second rug purchased did have a lot of fluff/shedding, but my concerns were dealt with very promptly and a replacement offered (not necessary).

Love this striped rug. Arrived quickly and very well packaged. These rugs are machine washable at low temperature and come out looking good as new. Great value and great designs.

Just a shame that you don’t make the lovely patterned ones in the smaller sizes like the plain ones. My doorway is not quite wide enough to accommodate the larger size

I ordered two mats in cranberry pattern which I wasn't too happy with. However, the issue was promptly addressed by the Hug at Home customer services and I was offered replacements of my choice with which I am very happy now. Thank you Hug at Home for your 5* customer service :)

Two excellent rugs , beautiful designs , wash well , very reasonable price , delivered quickly , very happy with both purchases .

Great products made in the UK and fast delivery

Its OK but I do not think it is worth the amount paid. When it is vacuumed it looks good but in between it looks old and shabby. I would not buy again.
